Don't just say welcome and then there name. At least say something about how they described themselves or ask a question about something related to their intro. No prior posts will be removed. From now on they will be deleted and if it keeps up user may be temporarily banned. This may be changed by Bwana. But for now this rule is active. Thank you that is all.
I noticed this a while ago, but said nothing. I applaud Jason for taking the first step, and I apologize for not saying anything earlier. Please guys, if you're going to welcome someone, don't just copy-paste generic messages, give a heart felt welcome. Thank you.
To be honest, I've never been one for a welcome thread. It usually just leads to pointless posts anyway. That's been my take on it most of the time.
